BEAUTY (NATURE)
The when our family planned to go for outing in Lobo Batangas, I touch the white sand and feel the waves crashing against the rocks like a music to my ear. I see and appreciate the beauty of the nature that God creates for us but people choose to destroy it. Every time we decide to go for a trip, I feel calm and realize that their lots of beauty of the nature that we need to go to make ourselves being afar from the stress and problem. Seeing different places made me want to go for it in the future. A sea calmness can be a balm to our trouble minds, soothing our worries and calming our fears. As we go to appreciate nature their lots of memories that stuck in our minds creating a joy sometimes sadness and disappointment. But it’s good to bring back especially in times when we don’t have someone to talk about just relapsing and feel the time, we’ve come up with the plan in appreciating the different beauty and calmness of the nature. Taking photos, posting in social media with different styles and captions just to feel it. Bonding with cousins and friends gossiping about funny stories and sometimes in ups and down, hearing music while doing wildfires eating foods while enjoying the whistle of the wind in the sea and the sound of the wave like oh my god heaven.

Flavors of Home
Food holds a special place in our hearts, often evoking cherished memories and deep connections. Among the many dishes I have had the pleasure of tasting, my mother’s sinigang stands out as my absolute favorite. This traditional Filipino dish is not only a testament to my mother’s culinary skills but also a reflection of the love and care she pours into every meal she prepares.
While sinigang takes the crown as my top dish, I also enjoy a variety of other foods that contribute to my culinary experiences. Hotdogs, particularly when they are freshly cooked, offer a delightful burst of flavor that is hard to resist, though their taste quickly diminishes once they cool down. Other beloved meals include adobo and chicken, which showcase the rich, savory flavors of Filipino cuisine. Dining out at popular eateries like KFC, Jollibee, and Mang Inasal allows me to explore an array of tasty options, from crispy fries to juicy burgers and refreshing milk tea. Additionally, street foods add an element of excitement to my food adventures, introducing me to new flavors and textures.
As much as I enjoy treating in these delicious dishes, I also take pride in my ability to cook simple meals. Learning from my mother and older siblings, I have developed basic culinary skills that allow me to prepare dishes like fried eggs, ginisang ampalaya, and adobo. They have been instrumental in guiding me through the process of making my favorite sinigang and paksiw na bangus (milkfish in vinegar). Each time I step into the kitchen, I carry with me the lessons learned from my family, deepening my appreciation for the art of cooking and the bonds that food can create. Thus, my food journey continues, as I expand my palate and hone my skills, always cherishing the flavors that remind me of home.

Flowing Through Time
On a sweltering day, my friends and I found ourselves yearning for a refreshing escape, leading us to plan a trip to the river. The intense heat prompted unanimous agreement among us to indulge in a day of fun and relaxation by the water. We enthusiastically prepared a selection of food and drinks, ensuring that our outing would be both enjoyable and satisfying. The anticipation was palpable as we made our way to the river, our cheerful conversations filled with laughter and excited discussions about the various activities we hoped to engage in once we arrived.
Upon reaching the river, we immediately set about organizing our picnic, cooking up the meals we had brought along. The taste of the food seemed to be amplified by the fresh air and the delightful ambiance of the riverbank, as we savored our lunch while sharing stories and capturing memorable moments with photographs. After our meal, the temptation of the cool, inviting water proved irresistible. We embraced the thrill of swimming in the river, where the cold water offered a refreshing relief from the heat. As we swam, we discovered small fish darting beneath the surface, igniting an adventurous spirit among my friends who decided to try their luck at catching a few.
Our successful fishing trip transformed into a memorable highlight of the day, as we grilled the fresh catch and enjoyed the unique flavor of our meal. After an exhilarating day of swimming, fishing, and bonding, we gathered our belongings and tidied up the area, ensuring we left no trace of our visit. As we walked back to our parked vehicles, we took a moment to rest and reflect on the day’s joyous events. The journey home was filled with laughter and plans for our next adventure, a testament to the wonderful memories we had created at the river that day.

At Monte Maria Statue
I just want to share with you my experience about our visit to the church where the statue of Mama Mary stands. It was already night and we were already packing our things to take to our destination. There were many of us together when we went there. It was early in the morning when we left our house to go there. During the journey, we slept because our destination was quite far.
Many events happened to us and when we arrived at the church, we immediately climbed the many stairs and arrived inside the church. It was very big and spacious. There were many pictures of other people on display. There were also sellers of various accessories, oil and other items such as cups and many others. When we went around the top of the church, we ate first and walked around again.
After we prayed, we headed to the sea of Lobo. The water here was beautiful and clean. We saw many people swimming there. When we got home, we packed our things. We brought equipment and put it away until we could rest, with many happy memories and I miss going to Mama Mary’s statue again.

Batangas is known not only for its beautiful scenery and rich culture but also for its delicious food that offers a unique experience to anyone who tastes it.
One of my favorite dishes that I will never forget is lomi. This lomi is a type of noodle soup with a thick, slightly sweet broth that truly envelops your taste buds. The first time I tasted lomi, it was not just an ordinary meal it was an experience. In every corner of Batangas, there are eateries offering lomi and a variety of local dishes, each with its own unique way of preparing it, resulting in different tastes and textures. Sometimes, it is served with salted egg, crispy chicharon, and fresh vegetables, creating a perfect balance of saltiness, savoriness, and sweetness. As I gaze into my bowl of lomi, I can’t help but notice the simple ingredients used, yet within each familiar component lies the dedication of those who prepare it, aiming to bring joy and warmth to every customer. The small eateries found In the barangay corners have a special charm. They may not be high end restaurants, but they offer a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. As I eat, I see people around me enjoying their meals and engaging in conversations, making me feel part of a community that cares for one another. In these eateries, it’s not just the food that brings happiness but also the simple conversations and companionship.
Despite the rise of modern fast-food chains around the world, nothing compares to the simple joy of eating lomi and other home cooked meals in a small eatery on a street corner in Batangas. In the end, my favorite dish is not just a meal it is a part of Batangueño culture that cannot be replaced by any other food. Lomi and the eateries of Batangas symbolize a simple yet vibrant way of life, and with every bite, I feel the love and unity of the people in this place.
Nature Writing
I traveled to a remote place where I found a quiet river along with my friends. Its water was clear, and the air was cool and fresh. The surrounding trees were tall, and their leaves swayed with every breeze. We also went to a paradise a hidden place that only seasoned travelers could discover. It used to be crowded with people, but now it is almost deserted, though the scenery remains breathtaking. Upon our arrival, the surroundings were wrapped in a vibrant landscape. Flowers bloomed in various colors, and animals roamed freely across the grasslands. This place is in San Antonio. As I gazed at nature around me, I noticed the simple things we often overlook the passing clouds in the sky, the tiny insects busily going about their tasks. These things remind us of the true value of nature and how every living being, big or small, plays a role in maintaining the balance of the world and our environment.

I just want to share my experience from a trip with my friends and family.
Recently, we went to Camp Lebana, a famous destination filled with nature. As we walked around, we marveled at the views of the mountains and streams, as well as the gentle mist that enveloped the place. The air was fresh, and the trees seemed to dance with the wind, making the serenity and majesty of nature truly felt. Another place we visited was the Padre Pio Church with the whole family. We chose to pray and give thanks for the blessings we had received. The church was full of spirituality, and the people around were compassionate toward one another. We were there to express gratitude for the beautiful experiences and journeys, as well as the challenges that shaped us. There is no greater joy than being with friends and family on special occasions like this.
Every moment was filled with happiness and meaningful memories that will last in our hearts.

Lomi in Lipa City Batangas
I was in Lipa City, Batangas, on a quest for authentic lomi, and the air itself seemed to guide me to a small, bustling eatery tucked away on a side street.
I ordered a bowl of lomi, and the anticipation was almost unbearable. When it finally arrived, it was a revelation. The broth, a deep amber hue, was a symphony of flavors the richness of pork, the gentle heat of garlic and ginger, all perfectly balanced. Thick, chewy noodles, the heart of the dish, swam in this glorious liquid, intertwined with tender slices of pork, and perfectly cooked eggs. A sprinkle of chopped scallions added a vibrant green contrast and a refreshing bite. The noodles, satisfyingly substantial, yielded to the tender meat.
The broth, deeply flavorful yet surprisingly light, cleansed the palate, leaving me wanting more.I left the eatery with a full stomach. I myself can attest that you won't get tired of Batangas lomi.
Hiking
Before, I used to join my brother and his friends, along with our cousins, on their hikes.
We prepared the necessary items for the hike the night before so that in the morning, we would just grab our things and leave. The next morning at 3:00 AM, we prepared to leave and waited for our companions at the meeting point. When our companions arrived, we started climbing the mountain. We were still happy and laughing even though the path was dark and scary because we didn’t know what we would encounter along the way. The wind brushing against our bodies was of no concern. When we reached the middle of the mountain, the sun began to rise, yet we continued to climb. When someone gets tired, we all stop so no one gets left behind.
When we reached the top, a beautiful view greeted us, and all the fatigue and hardship we endured seemed to vanish like a puff of smoke. If this happens again, I will still join and join again. Even if I get tired or struggle, if what I will witness is that beautiful, I will keep coming back to it.
Manila
We went to Manila to visit my relatives and my grandmother. Before we went, we prepared our clothes that would last for three days because we would stay there for three days. My companions were my cousin and my father.
On the way to Lipa, our trip was quick with no traffic because we left the house early in the morning. When we arrived at SM Lipa, at the bus terminal, we looked for the bus going to Manila. Once we boarded, we settled in the back. While waiting for the bus to fill up, my cousin and I got off to buy food that we could eat on the trip there. When the bus was full, we paid the conductor and he gave us a ticket. Our journey took a very long time because there was traffic on the road going there. When we finally arrived in Manila, we got off the bus and hailed a jeepney. While on the road, we called our relatives so we wouldn’t get lost on our way to their home. When we arrived, they greeted us warmly with hugs because it had been years since we last saw each other. We arrived almost at night, so they had already cooked our dinner. After dinner, they escorted us to the room where we would rest because we had somewhere to go tomorrow. The next day, we ate, took a shower, and prepared for our departure. We attended church and went out even though it was tiring, it was very enjoyable.
During those three days, we went sightseeing and bonded. On the day we were going home, saying goodbye to them became emotional. I hope we get to see each other again so we can relive that joy.

Food, nature, and travel are interwoven threads in the rich tapestry of human experience. They are not merely separate entities, but rather components of a holistic narrative, each enriching and informing the others. The journey, whether a physical trek across continents or an internal exploration of the self, is often punctuated by encounters with both the natural world and its culinary expressions.
Nature provides the raw ingredients for the culinary arts.
The vibrant hues of a sun-drenched tomato, the earthy aroma of freshly dug potatoes, the crisp sweetness of a mountain apple - these are all testaments to the bounty of the earth. A simple meal, crafted from locally sourced ingredients, becomes a celebration of the landscape itself. The taste of a wild mushroom reflects the forest floor where it grew, the texture of a sea urchin speaks of the ocean's depths, and the spice of a chili pepper hints at the sun-baked lands of its origin. This connection between food and nature is rofoundly intimate, a direct link between the land and v ate.
Travel, in turn, acts as a catalyst, bringing us face-to-face with diverse ecosystems and their unique culinary traditions. Each region boasts its own distinctive flavors, reflecting its climate, geography, and cultural heritage.
The fragrant curries of Southeast Asia, the hearty stews of Europe, the delicate sushi of Japan - these are not just meals, but cultural narratives etched in spices, textures, and tastes. Exploring a new cuisine is akin to embarking on a sensory journey, a voyage of discovery that expands our understanding of different cultures and their relationship with the natural world.
However, the relationship between food, nature, and travel is not without its complexities. The modern food system, characterized by industrial agriculture and long supply chains, often disrupts this harmonious balance.
The environmental impact of mass production, the depletion of natural resources, and the erosion of biodiversity are all serious concerns. Sustainable tourism, therefore, becomes crucial. Choosing to support local farmers, opting for seasonal ingredients, and minimizing our environmental footprint are essential steps towards ensuring th travels do not come at the expense of the very natural world that nourishes us.
In conclusion, food, nature, and travel are inextricably linked. The journey of discovery, whether across continents or through a culinary landscape, is an opportunity to appreciate the bounty of nature and the cultural richness expressed through food. By embracing sustainable practices/and mindful consumption, we can ensure that this symphony of flavors continues to resonate for generations to come. The true essence of travel lies not just in seeing new places, but in experiencing the profound interconnectedness of all things - a connection that is most vividly expressed through the simple yet profound act of sharing a meal.
Renz S. Pajotal FOOD IS MY FAVORITE
Food is an essential part of life. Of all human activities, food undoubtedly has the greatest impact on health. After breathing, eating is the most important thing we do throughout our lives. Nature is favorite part of my Life
My nature is an important thing where you see someone who loves someone else. It’s just a joke here, it removes my problems from my life.
This is also the environment I look to to get rid of the pain in my head that I am no longer his true love. A joke to get rid of the bad feelings in my heart and the tiredness in my body. This is also where you will experience the happy days that you will be together
This is the only nature I have seen that has made me so happy even though I am going through a lot of problems.
Travel in Lukban Quezon
When I travel to a place, it’s a happy day. I get to experience a change when I go to a place I’ve never been to before. I still get to see the delicious food
Here you can also see strange things that have disappeared from your town and there are so many people who have been here or visited. By the way, the place I am referring to is the hand of Jesus located in Lukban Quezon.
This is a test that you need to reach a certain point where Jesus will reject you. You can also pray here about your illnesses and so on. You can also request something here that you want to reach.
